The Community Sailing Center is home to sail and human powered boats of all kinds and sizes. We are especially well suited to house: kayaks/canoes, rowing dinghies, Lasers, Sunfish, and boats 12-24′ on trailers. Winter and Summer storage is available.

Those who store their boats with us are given:

• the combination to the gate locks which allows for 24 hour access to the boat park
• use of dollies for ease in launching
• the option of purchasing a hoist pass for unlimited hoist usage

Boats may be stored on racks, trailers or tires in the boat park. Please contact Sarah Smith for forms and further details.

2012 Summer Storage Rates

Dates: May 12 – October 31

Rack Space (Laser, Sunfish, canoe, kayak, sailboard, etc.)
$195, $75 each additional boat that fits on the same rack

Ground Space (charged by the foot at varying rates per length)
$18 per foot – Boats 14ft and under
$19 per foot – Boats 15-18ft
$20 per foot – 19ft and over, tri/catamarans

Hoist Use

Hoist users must provide their own lifting equipment and must call ahead to ensure hoist availability and access

One-time hoist use $4/ foot
Season hoist use: $8/ foot
