The Community Sailing Center is home to sail and human powered boats of all kinds and sizes. We are especially well suited to house: kayaks/canoes, rowing dinghies, Lasers, Sunfish, and boats 12-24′ on trailers.

Those who store their boats with us are given:

• the combination to the gate locks which allows for 24 hour access to the boat park
• use of dollies for ease in launching
• the option of purchasing a hoist pass for unlimited hoist usage

Boats may be stored on racks, trailers or tires in the boat park. Please contact Colin Davis for forms and further details.

2011/2012 Winter Storage Rates

Note: Gate combinations are not given out for winter storage. Access to boats during this season can be made by appointment only.

Dates: October 31, 2011 – May 13, 2012

Rack Space (Laser, Sunfish, canoe, kayak, sailboard, etc.)
Fee: $175, $65 each additional boat on the same rack

Ground Space (Boat on pads/tires or boat on trailer)
Fee:
$16 per foot – Boats 14ft and under
$17 per foot – Boats 15-18ft
$19 per foot – 19ft and over, cats

2011 Hoist Use

One-time hoist use $4/ foot
Season hoist use: $8/ foot
Sailors must provide their own lifting equipment.
