Youth Camps
The Community Sailing Center offers summer camps for kids of all ages — from 6 to 17 years old. Activities include sailing, kayaking, stormboarding, painting, skateboarding, rowing, and much more!
Adult Courses
Beginner and intermediate sailing courses including an introduction to sailing nomenclature, wind awareness, weather, rigging, points of sail, tacking and jibing, docking, mooring, and general boating safety.
Private / Family Lessons
Learn to sail one-on-one or explore your new powerboat or sailboat with a certified instructor on board. Lessons can be given in the student’s boat or in the Community Sailing Center’s boat.
Programs for Schools & Organizations
We offer an exciting range of low cost programs tailored for school groups or organizations that serve 6-18 year olds. Your group will experience the thrills of sailing and enjoy the benefit of being educated by certified instructors aboard our sailboats.
Corporate Team Building / Outings
The Community Sailing Center offers a wide array of customized group outings that are getting rave reviews. Designed to meet your specific needs, events at the Community Sailing Center can include relays, regattas, or cruising/racing around Lake Champlain.
Birthday Parties
Birthdays at the Community Sailing Center offer a unique opportunity to play games, canoe, kayak, and sail safely while supervised by experienced staff. We offer a unique alternative to the traditional birthday party.
