Community Sailing Center is host to the NVHSST, a community-wide sailing program open to any high school student in good standing at a public or private high school in Chittenden or surrounding counties.

Practices include boat-handling, team racing, and fleet racing through on the water drills and off the water discussions. Special events such as guest speakers, slide shows and opportunities to try other boats are held throughout the year.

All sailors are welcome whatever their sailing or racing experience. Any sailors, parents or school administrators, who are interested in learning more, please call the Community Sailing Center.

Currently students from Champlain Valley Union High School, Colchester High School, South Burlington High School, Burlington High School, Mount Mansfield Union High School, Essex High School and Lake Champlain Waldorf School participate on this team.

Fall Season: August 31st – October 23rd.

Practices will be held Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays from 3:30pm until 6:30pm.
