Yoga on the Dock and Floating Yoga are great ways to start your day. Moving and breathing deeply on the shores of Lake Champlain renews your spirit and energizes you for what’s to come.

Yoga on the Dock

Arrive at the Community Sailing Center early in the morning to participate in an hour-long yoga session right on the dock, overlooking Lake Champlain and the scenic Adirondack Mountains! Emerge physically energized and mentally prepared to take on the excitement the rest of a summer day may bring.

Time: 7:00AM – 8:00AM

Dates:  June 5th – September 1st (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays)

Fee: $15 drop-in class or purchase a 10 class punch card for $130 (good for studio and yoga on dock classes). Unlimited passes are also available.

All class registration and payment are handled by Evolution Yoga. Yoga classes are taught by Evolution Yoga instructors. Cancellations due to foul weather will be determined by Evolution Yoga; please contact the studio for questions regarding these offerings at (802) 864-9642.

Floating Yoga

Combine two of your favorite sports in this fun and relaxing class. Yoga instructor/owner of Hot Yoga Burlington and USCG Master Captain Bill O’Connor will guide you through the steps of learning to paddle board and then teach yoga poses you can easily do on the board to enhance your land practice and add to your on-water fun! You will also gain tips about paddling on Lake Champlain with awareness to wind, wave and weather clues as well as secret spots on the lake.

Time: 8:30am-10:30am

Fee: $35/person

Women in Wind SUP Yoga
