Sailing: Group Programs

For team building, wellness, or just plain fun.

We invite schools, community organizations, and groups of individuals to work together to build an unforgettable on-water experience. All group programs feature direct access to Lake Champlain in a variety of boats. Groups ranging in size from 6 to 60 can enjoy the water, learn a bit about sailing, and above all, have fun!

Group programs may include:

Keelboat Sails

Take your crew out for a sail-powered cruise on Lake Champlain. Sails can include basic hands-on instruction as participants rotate through stations critical to the operation of the boat, or focus on relaxation through the simple pleasures of the waves, sun, and the gentle rocking of a boat.

Group paddleboarding

Group Paddle Session

Gather your friends and head out on the lake for a guided paddle led by one of our instructors.  Paddle programs can take place on our fleet of SUPs, single and tandem kayaks, or canoes!

Learn-to-Sail Dinghy Classes

Have an organization or group of individuals who want to learn to sail? You provide the enthusiasm and the Sailing Center will provide the boats and the expertise. This is a great option for youth organizations looking to add sailing to their roster.
