Race Dragon Boats!

Mālia (MAHL-yuh) has called the Community Sailing Center home since 2013. It’s a fun, inclusive group of varied ages and genders, led by world-champion coaches. In 2025, Mālia is sending a crew to the Pan American Club Crew Championships which will be held July 3-6 in Montreal, Canada.

Saturday Rec Program

Enjoy the lake, get a great workout, and make new friends. Focus is on fun and friendship.

Beginner Bootcamp

Dip your toes in, learn the basics, and test your mettle at the races in Springfield, MA on July 19. If the racing bug bites you, we’ll be happy to transition you into the full summer racing program.

Summer Racing Program

Go all in, learn the ins and outs of race strategy, and go for gold in Springfield, MA (July 19); Hartford, CT (August 16); and Montreal, QC (September 13-14).

We also offer several free “try-it” sessions throughout the summer. Off-season, the team stays fit and strong by training at Ethos Athletics, supplemented by indoor paddling sessions in Montreal.
