Excursions
3-Hour Keelboat Sailing Excursion
Grab the halyard and hoist the sails! Take your crew out on Lake Champlain in one of our 23-foot keelboats. Sails can include some basic hands-on instruction, or the opportunity to just sit back and enjoy the wind and waves.
Cost: $300 per boat (6 participants per boat)
2-Hour Paddle Excursion
Paddle more, worry less. Round up your team for a guided paddle with one of our instructors. Explore the wonders of the lake and enjoy scenic views of the Adirondacks as your backdrop. Kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards available.
Cost: $32 per person, plus $50 set up fee (per 10 people)

Step out of the office and immerse your team in a truly unique setting. Our company retreats blend the excitement of sailing with community building activities on land designed for your crew.
Half Day Retreat (4 Hours)
Sailing Edition
Begin your day with interactive activities crafted to strengthen collaboration and cohesion (1 hour). Afterwards, come aboard one of our 23 ft Keelboats and enjoy the thrill of sailing Lake Champlain with a certified instructor (3 hours).
Cost: $400 per boat (6 participants per boat)
Paddling Edition
Kick off with an enriching 1 hour session fostering unity and engagement, then take to the water for an exhilarating 2-3 hours of paddling.
Cost: $20 per hour/per person, plus $50 set up fee (per 10 people)
Full Day Retreat (8 Hours)
Discover and enjoy a one-of-a-kind experience. Our retreats begin with tailored team building activities led by one of our staff members (1 hour), and then set sail on one of our 23-foot Keelboats for a thrilling adventure navigating Lake Champlain (3 hours). Full Day Retreats include the use of our Big Ed classroom (up to 4 hours) so you can continue to carry the day’s momentum with self-directed activities and lunch. Catering is not included. Available exclusively in Spring and Fall.
Cost: $400 per boat (6 participants per boat), plus $300 for classroom rental
Regattas
Want to spark some healthy competition among your colleagues? Our sailing regatta builds camaraderie, collaboration, and keeps the excitement of the day going long after the final whistle blows.
Half-Day Regatta
Spend the first half of the program learning the basics of skippering one of our sonar sailboats, then break away into teams of 4-5 and race on the open water against your colleagues! This program teaches teams communication, cooperation, and synchronicity right to the finish line!

Learn-to-Sail Classes
Learn to Sail in a Dinghy Sailboat
Designed for teams looking for a challenge and a bonding experience, our instructors teach participants the basics of rigging and skippering a dinghy sailboat. No experience necessary. Classes are 15 hours over five days (Monday–Friday, 3 hours each day)
Cost: $425 per person (minimum of 6 participants)

All-Access Sailing Passes & Paddle Punch Cards
Treat your team to a full summer on Lake Champlain! Our all-access passes are designed with multiple users in mind. Every pass includes use of 1 keelboat, 2 dinghies, and 4 paddle craft throughout the sailing season. Or opt for a paddle punch card allowing your crew to take a kayak, canoe, or paddleboard.
