Creating Leaders and Developing Life Skills.

Sailing and paddling are the ideal mediums for the skill-building, teamwork, and positive connections that support local youth in developing the character skills necessary to thrive in school, at home, and as a part of their community.

LeaderShip provides youth with healthy challenges that help define their voice and develop skills critical to a lifetime of success through curriculum that includes experiential learning, mentoring, collaboration, and goal setting.

The LeaderShip program brings a crew of young sailors or paddlers together to overcome challenges and learn about themselves and each other. Each participant will learn sailing or paddling skills while sharpening their communication and collaboration skills. This experience is available to nonprofit groups and schools in the Lake Champlain community.
